Near corner, trainer on the back wall

Passes, but it spends the room's scarcest dimension to buy depth the machine can't reach.

The shift, corrected

Centered on the 123" back wall the trainer's frame reaches 4" into the treadmill's run-off lane. An 8" shift toward the 32" side clears the frame out of the lane and leaves 26" and 42" of side clearance, both past the 24" minimum. My earlier suggestion of a 19" shift was wrong: it would have cut one side to 15", well under the threshold.

Front depth you cannot spend

159" of front clearance is the biggest number on the board, but the HFT Pro's cables travel 80". Everything past roughly 80" is floor you cannot reach with a handle in your hand. Side clearance here is 26", against 60" or better on a long wall. This placement trades the dimension the room is short on for one it already has in surplus.

The window

Your back wall carries the center window the treadmill currently faces. A 55" by 82" tower covers it however you slide it. Once side clearance forces the trainer close to centered, no offset saves the glass.

Before you commit to that wall

Find out whether the HFT Pro needs wall anchoring. A window opening directly behind it means the only available studs flank the rough opening and may not line up with the frame. Also measure the trim depth: if the casing projects past the drywall, the tower will not sit flush.
